Good weekend

It was a great weekend this weekend and I have alot to be thankful for. On Friday I went to dinner with my sister and her husband, then on saturday morning I got new tires on my car, even though it was expensive now my car runs nice and smooth :) On saturday night I got to hang out with a girl from my ward. Sunday was also a great day, it was fast Sunday and it was a great day at church. I then got to go to dinner at my friends house with her famly. it was a great weekend and I hope that is a sign for a good week.

TGIF

I have been at my experiment for a week now and i think it has really helped. during the week when i found myself being sad, if i thought about my experiment and how much i really do want to be happy no matter what, it seemed to help me get into a better mood ;)

Even though BYU got killed last night I am still trying to find things that I am grateful for so that I am not depressed all day.

I am grateful for a dad that gets as angry at sporting events as i do, so i dont feel like a retard when i am mad.
I am grateful for the chance that BYU still has to redeem themselves, everyone has a bad game and i still think we are the best team and school, other than BYU idaho of course :)

still feeling good

here is day # 2 of my experiment and im still feeling good :)
so after I wrote my blog post yesterday I was just so happy, it was like it gave me motivation to get some of my other goals done. I have been struggling to fit in and make friends since I moved back to utah, I need to be more out going a social. so yesterday after FHE was over instead of hurring home to watch a tv show I stayed after and played some games with some people. Tonight I am going to an institute fireside. slowly but surely I am making progress and that makes me happy.
